The EPB.SC has the following issues to communicate:

- monthly telefone conferences (via SKYPE); (SC minutes are listed in the EPB member area)
- extraordinary conferences for discussing applications of candidates in case of missing facts or unclear references of the universities
- extraordinary conferences in case of complains of EPBs or about EPBs
- annual meeting of the stirring commitee (SC) during the council meeting (EC)
- extraordinary meeting of the SC during EPB workshops

The EPB.SC works on the following issues in regard to the conclusions of the ECBA Council Meeting (CM 2010) in Uetrecht (NL):

  • update of the application proceduere in accordance with the "EU Service Guideline"
  • update of ECBA´s Code of Conduct (CoC) (actual version from 1996 to a version for 2012)
  • harmonizing ECBA´s CoC with the guidelines of the EC
  • updating guidance for completing forms and regulations
  • updating the bylaws
  • installation of a committee for misconduct (EU requirement)
